教师拿出一张特制的可以拆开的三角形纸片。它由几块颜色不同、大小各异的纸片组成。教师

让学生看--分钟后，便一边把它拆开，一边说：

“The white piece is the biggest of all.It must be at the bottom.The red piece.is smaller than the white one.

It must go after the white one, .

The green piece is smaller than the red one, but bigger than the blue one.

It must go between the red and the blue. The black piece is the smallest of all. It must be at the top of the pyramid.”

接着，要求学生拿着图片，讲出每块纸片的位置、颜色，并比较其大小。看谁讲的句子最多，而且又迅速又正确。此外，也可以提问：“Isthe red piece bigger than the green one？”“Which piece is smaller than the blue one？”等。
